Booking terms
These straightforward terms apply to consultations booked through this website.
Your appointment
Each consultation lasts 60 minutes and takes place online by WhatsApp call. Times are offered using UK availability and are shown in your local timezone where supported.
Payment and confirmation
The price shown for your selected service is payable in full through PayPal. Your appointment is confirmed only after PayPal verifies the payment and the website shows your confirmation code.
Joining the consultation
FONTAJ CONSULT will use the contact details provided during booking to arrange the WhatsApp call. You are responsible for providing accurate details and being available at the confirmed time.
Changes and cancellations
Contact FONTAJ CONSULT as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking. Rescheduling and refund requests are reviewed according to the circumstances and your applicable consumer rights. PayPal transaction fees may be handled according to PayPal’s rules.
Important
The booking form is not an emergency or crisis service. Do not submit sensitive health or relationship details through the form. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service in their location.
