Booking privacy notice
This notice explains how FONTAJ CONSULT uses information provided when you book an online consultation.
Information we collect
We collect your name, email address, chosen service, appointment time and WhatsApp number. Please do not enter private relationship, health or counselling information in the booking form.
How we use it
We use your information to reserve the appointment, prevent double booking, contact you about the consultation and maintain necessary business records.
Payments
PayPal processes your payment. FONTAJ CONSULT and this website do not receive or store your card number or PayPal password. We retain only the payment status and transaction reference needed to confirm the booking.
Booking confirmations
We use a transactional email provider to send booking confirmations to you and a booking alert to FONTAJ CONSULT. The email includes only the details needed to identify and arrange the appointment. Please do not submit sensitive counselling information in the booking form.
Storage and retention
Booking records are stored within the website’s managed hosting and are kept only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain appropriate records and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your booking information where applicable. Contact enquiries@fontaj.com with your name and booking confirmation code.
